New recruits Greg Bird, Joseph Tomane and Riley Brown are set to make their club debuts for the Jetstar Gold Coast Titans in Sunday's season-opening clash against the New Zealand Warriors at Skilled Park.

Having impressed Jetstar Titans head coach John Cartwright during pre-season trial matches, the trio have been included in an extended 20-man squad for the clash.

Bird has been named at five-eighth in a new-look scrumbase combination with captain and halfback Scott Prince while 19-year-old Tomane has played himself into a spot in the centres with dual international Mat Rogers.

Former Newcastle and Sydney Roosters utility player Riley Brown has forced his way onto the interchange bench.
